Athena was born from Zeus’ head after he suffered a severe headache. How was Coding Factory born?
It`s been my dream since i was in high school, computers are my passion, hardware and software, but in the early stage of college i find out that i’m more curious about software. So, 8 years after finishing college and master studies, and spending those 8 years working as a freelancer, I finally felt comfortable to start my own company.
With today’s experience, what advice would you give to yourself on your first day as a business owner?
This quote got me through college and career: I haven`t failed, I just found 10.000 ways that won`t work. – Thomas Edison.Never give up on your dreams!
Share a curious fact or an anecdote related to you as an entrepreneur or your business
The business conference call, where I and my team with a Slavic accent, and our clients were from India. That was a funny thing to watch and hear for sure.
What’s one thing about your business that you absolutely adore and makes you get up from your bed in the morning?
Every day is different now. When I worked as a freelancer I knew my job well, I had day to day tasks and that was pretty much it. Now business meetings, conference calls, finding potential clients through LinkedIn, accounting stuff, finances and more. Every day is a new challenge for me and as I said before, I love challenges.
What is so special about your company that you wish more people would understand?
Here at Coding Factory , we are all one big family. I mean literally, we are roommates, longtime friends, and also business partners. Can`t get better than this.
Where is your company headed? What road are you walking on?
We are currently 2 employееs with big roles. Me as a CEO, and Stojan Peposki as CTO. We also collaborate with 3 part-time full-stack programmers and 2 development managers. Our main goals are by the end of 2019 to have enough projects in our hands so we can grow our company to 10+ people. And also find experienced Head Of Sales.
